Most vehicle specification sites carry a single market, a single source, and no way of telling you where a number came from. PromtEngine is being built the other way round: every specification is traceable to the dataset it came from, cross-checked against other sources where they overlap, and connected to the engine family, applications and related machinery around it.
That covers passenger cars and light trucks, but also the areas that are badly served elsewhere — industrial and non-road engines, tractors and agricultural equipment, construction machinery, marine and powersports engines, and the engine families that appear across all of them.
